See our Snow Pass Frequently Asked Questions for information about loading onto your Snow Pass card.

1. Go to www.hotham.com.au/estore
2. Click ‘Sign in’ in the top right-hand corner
3. Click ‘I don’t have a SNOW PASS’
4. Fill in your current details and click ‘Continue’
5. Add your profile photo via ‘My Account’. Please allow 7 days before ticket start date for your Snow Pass to be posted out to you.
6. Add Lift Only products to your cart first from the menu bar along the top of the page
7. Add any additional products such as lessons, kids programs and rentals as required to your cart using the menu bar along the top of the page
8. Complete your transaction
9. Get straight on the snow when you get here – no need to queue in the Ticket Hall!

Products include your $5 Snow Pass card so you don’t need to purchase your $5 membership sign-up separately.

If you want us to post your Snow Pass out to you, make sure your address is correct and you have a current photo on your profile. Please allow 7 days before the ticket start date for your Snow Pass to be posted out to you.

To reload lift passes, lessons and equipment hire onto your Snow Pass, you must first
register a Snow Pass membership. This means you’ll be eligible for some really awesome discounts too!

1. Go to www.hotham.com.au/estore
2. Click ‘Sign in’ in the top right-hand corner
3. Log in using your email address and password. If you can’t remember your username or password, call our Tickets Team on 03 5759 4436
4. Once signed in, hover your mouse over ‘Snow Pass Membership’ in the menu bar, then click ‘Register’
5. Add your FREE adult, child or youth membership product to your cart
6. Complete your transaction
7. Select RELOAD from the menu bar along the top of the page
8. Select View Products and choose your start date
9. Add any additional products such as lessons, kids programs and rentals to your cart using the menu bar along the top of the page
10. Complete your transaction
11. Get straight on the snow when you get here – no need to queue in the Ticket Hall!
